  • Don't mess with the site (no hacking, spamming, etc.).
  • We own all content (images, text, branding)—don't steal it.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are dietary supplements. Important FDA Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a doctor before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or have health issues. Results vary—supplements aren't magic.
  • Prices, availability, and descriptions can change without notice.
  • We try to be accurate, but colors/specs might vary slightly.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are offers—we accept by shipping.
  • You pay via our secure processor (Stripe). All prices in USD, plus tax/shipping.
  • We can cancel orders if fraud suspected or stock issues.

4. Shipping and Returns

  • We ship within US, standard rates.
  • Risk passes to you on delivery.
  • Returns: 30 days for unopened products, buyer pays return shipping. No refunds on opened supplements for hygiene/safety.
  • No returns on personalized items.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content is ours. No copying without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages, losses from product use, or site downtime. Max liability = your order amount. Supplements aren't guaranteed—use at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

These terms governed by laws of the State of Utah. Disputes resolved in Utah courts or via arbitration.
